Not getting 6 digit security code sent to my email when logging in

The 6 digit security code is not going to my email and I don’t know why. I have checked junk/spam folders and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try logging into your account again to see if this helps?

    HorizonJ, do you have any devices currently linked to that Dropbox account? If yes, please check their notifications; the one-time code may be there.
