Not getting the verification email

Hi everyone, 

I’m desperate to access my account and to print photos from my account. However I’m trying to log in using my email but no verification is received. I’ve searched on Reddit if this is a known issue, saw a few but cannot be reassured that it’s a known issue. 

I’m looking through my emails and saw I have received an email from no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com and from memory I clicked the link to get access to my account because in the email it stated that I‘m running out of memory and so I wanted to pay just to keep my files. 

Can someone please help me and let me know if that email is legitimate? And what should I do?

    Hey Reynjav, thanks for your post.

    When you say that no verification is received, are you referring to the 6-digit security code needed to sign in?

    Can you check your spam folder to see if it ended up there?

    If not, try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try to sign in again.

    As for the email you mentioned, it is coming from a legit Dropbox address, but it won't help you sign in to your account.
