Not receiving the 6-digit security code, it never arrives.

I'm trying login to my account.

After password entered, pop a message "6 digit sent" to my e-mail.

However, 6 digit never arrived to my mail-box.

I already checked junk box, and spam folder, but none found. I even contacted the mail administrator, and he answered that no mail from dropbox.

It seems that dropbox is not sending 6 digit.

    Hey pinode, sorry to hear about this.

    Have you by any chance tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again?

    And if it's still not arriving, try to see if you can bypass the process, by resetting your password.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you for the reply.

    I tried what you've suggested (adding no-reply), and found it doesn't work.

    I can't reset my password because I can't login to my account even though I know my password.

    If dropbox sends "6 digits", then my problem solved.

    Why it does not send the digits to my e-mail?

    Hi pinode, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.  

    From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
