Phishing scam, account breach - now not receiving Dropbox emails
Hello out there -
I will admit I fell for an incredibly sleek phishing scam recently, and it happened through Dropbox. My account was compromised, Apple thinks my email may have been compromised, and my login info for Dropbox was changed.
Fortunately I stayed logged in on my desktop app, so I'm able to communicate here. Otherwise I would be locked out of my account with no way to login and no way to communicate with help agents or this community.
Before anyone suggests I just do a password reset, it isn't working. Whoever compromised my account has made it such that no emails from Dropbox are getting through to me. Not from Dropbox, and not from anyone sharing files with me. It is as if someone has taken control of my account and is now intercepting all emails, thus making it impossible to do a password reset and regain control of my account.
I have been in touch with Enhanced Support, but so far they haven't been able to help, they just keep telling me to check for and respond to their emails, which I'm not receiving. I can only chat through the ticket support on the help site portion of the website.
This feels rather hopeless, short of getting on a phone call and a screen share with Dropbox, which they won't do for me.
I have checked my spam and junk folders, I have allowed emails from Dropbox, nothing is getting through. I have never had trouble receiving them until now.
Anyone with any ideas?

We're still not sure how my account was affected, but something happened where definitely my account was compromised. And all of the Dropbox emails were funneled into my RSS feed, which I forgot even existed. So I spent this time trying to figure out why I couldn't receive communication from Dropbox, while all the while it was hiding in an obscure folder within my email.
We are now trying to figure out how to route the Dropbox emails back to my main inbox.
This is definitely something to keep in mind for other cases, that the RSS feed inbox might be a place where Dropbox communications land on accident.
