I have question, Pleae advise, and Thank you in advance for your wonderful answers.

1. Using the Dropbox password manager how is the password kept on the local machine, smartphone, and cloud environment?

2. is Dropbox password manager is hosted with 3rd party cloud service?

3. if there is an update or a new password stored in the Dropbox password vault, does it synchronize with the cloud, local computers, and smartphones?

Hey jonathan Capiral, thanks for posting here!

Let’s have a look; first off, I’d like to clarify that Dropbox Passwords can be added as an add-on on your web browser or installed as a mobile app on your mobile device.

    With that in mind:

    1. Regarding your first question; can you please send me more details on what you’d like to know exactly about this? Just to make sure I provide you with the correct info.
    2. Dropbox Passwords is a feature provided by Dropbox, and the passwords you store are saved on the Dropbox cloud (I hope I understood your question right).
    3. When storing a new password on the Dropbox Passwords add-on for example, this should also sync to your Passwords mobile app and vice-versa.

Give me a ping when you’ve checked this.
