resetting a users/employees password
One of my user licenses (Employee) forgot their password and the email address that is connected to the user account for resetting purposes must no longer exist. Question one the user's address that they sign in with is active so would that not be the email the reset password that I send from the admin panel goes to? If the email that it goes to is no longer used how can I change the password for the user? I am able to log in as the administrator.

Hi RollShield, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what you mean by the email address the sign in with 'being active', and yet the email address is no longer used?
Do they have access to that email at all?
This will help me to assist further!
