Sign out banner from team member's account is missing

I signed in as a different user from the admin console, and now there is no way for me to switch back or sign out from the other user's account. According to Dropbox help, there should be a red sign out banner at the top of the page. This is missing and there is no other way for me to sign out or switch users. I have looked in every menu and clicked on every icon, and a sign out or switch back does not appear anywhere.
