The Dropbox website doesn't allow me to log in, only to sign up with a new account.

 I go to the Dropbox webiste and click the "Log-in" link at the top right, it takes me to the page, Login page.

I enter my email address, and it takes me to a page to sign up, not to login. 

For some reason, this form does not allow me to upload a screenshot. 

I can get to my Dropbox account using the app but not directly from Dropbox.com

This has been reported on the Dropbox forum site in the past without a resolution. 

Any help?

    Hi Heath J.! Let’s have a look into this. 

    Can you try attaching your screenshot in this thread by copy pasting it directly into your message box? 

    Have you attempted to sign in via another browser and it shows the same exact thing? 

    Let me know how it goes.

    When I try to upload the screenshot, it says, "Upload Failed."

    If I try to add the Dropbox link here, via "Insert Link" or Insert Photo URLthe error says: 

    "Content not published: Your post contains invalid HTML. Remove the following invalid tags before publishing."

    Again, it allows me to click "Sign In" but takes me to the "Sign Up" page.

    I have tried this with both the Safari and Chrome browsers. No luck.

    I see, thanks for giving this a try in any case; let’s check one more thing. 

    If you open your Dropbox app and go to your linked email address there, is it the exact same as the one you’re using to access Dropbox on the web?

    Hi Nancy,

    The accounts are the same. I restarted my computer a 2nd time, and it seems to work now. I appreciate your help.
