Verification page doesnt come up to enter verification code
Hello all,
this is not my account im having an issue with, but my boss cannot login to the dropbox account. He can login and he gets a 2FA code email but the website never goes to the page to enter the code. We have tried this several different ways, different browsers, clearing the cahe, and things like that but same result every time. there are no pop up blockers on the site and I dont think web filtering is doing anything either. At this point he is no longer receiving the code emails. It works fine on my computer as well. Can anyone help or has dealt with this before?

Hi red3811, thanks for messaging the Community!
Do you know if they have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Have they tried logging in on a different computer entirely?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay,
I configure all the computers myself and the user is using the service at home, but they dont have any web filtering in their network/system nor do they have any web filtering applications or VPN's applied. We are using Symantec endpoint protection and it is not blocking anything either. However, I cannot rule that out as this is happening on multiple browsers on the computer. Other than using another computer is there anything else that we can try?

Since it appears that the website is being blocked, there isn't anything else we can suggest from our end, since you can't even disable two-step verification using the emergency backup code if the site isn't loading at all.
