Verification puzzle loops when I try to sign into my account.
Hi im having an issue trying to sign in, i complete the verification puzzle and it completes saying i have verified im human, but then it just loops me back to the sign in saying the captcha has been failed.
i have tried multiple browsers in private browsers and also the desktop app and resetting account password but still have the issues.
has anyone come across this before and has a solution?

Our engineering team is aware of this, and continues to work towards a fix.
In the meantime, performing a password reset may resolve the issue. To perform a password reset, follow the steps here.
Also, if you haven’t already, can you please try the audio challenge next and let me know if you can sign in to your Dropbox account successfully after that?

ive tried the new password and the audio challenge, but still unable to get into the account, is there an eta as to when this issues will be fixed as currently my user cannot get into their account
