Will my files and photos be deleted when I delete my account?

Are my photos and files that saved in dropbox be deleted in dropbox server if I delete my dropbox account ?
They are all private files and not shared to anyone

    Yes, if you delete your Dropbox account, your files would be permanently deleted from the server. 

     

    Bear in mind that any files in shared folders might not be deleted, as other users could still have access to those folders, so you should delete those files first to be certain they were deleted.
