Network or laptop drive setup. Not sure how to create it on a new device?
Somehow I created a local Dropbox directory on my Windows laptop but recently had to switch laptops and can't remember how I set that up. I'm assuming it was not setup on our network drive because that would have required an IT admin to do. Any clues?
Hi transportation admin, let's jump right into this!
When you say you created a local Dropbox directory, I'm assuming you're referring to the Dropbox folder on the device, right? If not, feel free to give me some additional details, please.
If this is what you mean, then all you'd need to do would be for you to download, and install our desktop app. Once you do, a Dropbox folder will be created locally on the device. You can do this using this link.
Keep me posted on the results!

Situation resolved, I was finally able to speak with someone who listened in IT and they were able to help me resolve the problem with logging into Dropbox and confirming that I was licensed to use it.
Thanks for all the responses!
