I cannot cancel my Dropbox Trial, as in How to cancel or downgrade a Dropbox subscription | Dropbox Help cannot find the any "Cancel Plan / Manage Plan" in setting account page.
Since you're on the Basic plan, you must have already cancelled your trial successfully @BTKATH.
Basic accounts are free and have no billing information associated, therefore, there's no cancel button in the account's settings of those accounts.

Yes, is free account on the Basic plan. I want to cancel this free subscription but when i go to my plan which is Dropbox basic there is not tab to manage plan or cancel, on my plan tab only show "Upgrade" to click.

What if i just delete account? when after 30 days trial period, it do not any deduction from my credi card?

It's very tricky and I hope not intentionally hidden partially. I encountered the same issue and was able to access the "Plans" tab by guesswork and clicking on what ever part was sticking out. Not exactly confidence-building if they intentionally make it hard to cancel. If intentional on their part this is simply unethical.

I have a Basic Plan yet have been charged $131.99 for some sort of trial or subscription. I have repeatedly followed directions to cancel a plan on computer and on phone. However, in either case, the proscribed steps say there should be a "cancel" button to click but that option never shows up. I feel like this is fraud. Are there any other options.
