I have a subscription but can't access the files in the account

I have a subscription under my personal account. I have been using and billed for the subscribed account for years but cannot get to the information on the account itself. This was set up by others so cannot find the information on the subscribed account.

Hey @Donna Bailey, thanks for joining our Community.

Do you currently have access to the account itself? Meaning, are you able to sign in to it?

If so, all the content available in your account should be in your "all files" page.

I hope this helps, but if I misunderstood your issue, please get back to me with more details.

Thanks!
