Hello,

I has loggt into my account after 3 Years and I was surpriced that I have 105 GB cloud storage but normaly I should have 2 GB with the Basic Sub.

Could someone help me with this? And also there stands that I have made a partner action from which I don´t know.

Hi @Michael Schwaninger, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

As you've discovered, it seems your account has a promotional offer of 100 GB applied to it. Generally these offers last at most for one year.

However, you might have activated an older offer of some kind over 5 years ago, to which I don't have any details about, which granted what seems to be a permanent increase.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

Hallo Jay,

can I get problems with the operators of Dropbox or not?

No, there shouldn't be any problems, it looks to be a legitimate increase from some form of promotion, and given that it's well over the normal expiry dates for other promotions, this looks to be permanent. Enjoy the quota!
