I use the website because I didn't have enough memory on my PC to run the app. My camera uploads won't open on the website. I can upload photos but I can't open them to view them on the website. It's only an issue with the Camera Uploads folder. It says "There was a problem completing the request." Help!

Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if you get this error again?
If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.

I have cleared my browser history and cache. I have used 3 different browsers and I get the same message on each one.
Hi @Brenda W.1, just for clarification, since you mentioned you didn't have enough memory on your computer, are you able to view this page on another computer entirely?
How much free space do you have left on your computer?
