Hi there,
a friend sent me a link to a dropbox, with one 10 gb file.
Unfortunately I can't preview the file and when I click download, nothing happens.
Not even a window pops up, where it says that it doesn't work. No reason or anything.
It just shows this window:

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps with the download?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

I used both, phone and laptop and both doesn't work..
Are you on a stable network or WiFi connection? Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Are you able to download the file from a different network entirely?
