A file on DropBox (mobile) will not upload for me to view. It not offiline. Currently I click on file; a blank white screen and blue line is running up and down the side. What could be wrong?

Hi there @Cece20 - sorry to hear about this.

 

If the issue persists after restarting your device, could you clear the app's cache and try again?

 

If you still get the same results, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
