Trying to download a video file 98GB. It stops at 38GB and fails.

I have high speed no internet issues, never had this problem with other services.

Hi there @l6productions, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?

 

If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the error you get too.

I'm not getting an error, it's saying the file was downloaded, when it was only partially downloaded. Your chat support is terrible.,

Hi @l6productions, could you clarify what you meant when you say the download fails at 38 GB, but also says it was downloaded fully?
