File Corruption (.icloud)

File Corruption (.icloud)

Hello,

A couple of days ago I uploaded a big amount of files that were also uploaded in my iCloud. After I uploaded them to my dropbox I deleted them from my desktop (which was showing that were synced in my iCloud) and then deleted them from my trash. Now when I go to view these files in dropbox they appear with an .icloud in the end and they won't open even if I download them to my computer.

Please help me, thank you so much!

If they have a .iCloud extension it means that the files were never downloaded from iCloud first before uploading to Dropbox.

The only way to resolve this is to see if iCloud has copies of the files available. Try downloading the files to a computer and see if you can get it to download/sync with iCloud or not.
