Download my Backup in DB to a drive

I have an external drive on my Mac which is being backed up constantly to my DB.

I want to download all of the info from this backup to another external hard drive attached to the same computer.

How do I do this please?

    You can download the backup from the site on the backup page. 

     

    From there, using your browser notification, you can choose where to save the download.
