All data on my account is gone, why?
I always had dropbox as a backup for pictures which i dont use regularly.
I came back wanting to download my Vecation Pictures but my whole account is empty.
I cant seem to find where to write the support directly so i am here.
I am really mad i checked everything including my e-mail who told me its a new acc dispite having activity back in 2023. There are no mails in between.
Please dont let it be gone.
If that's the case, then there are two possibilities. Firstly, you could be using a different email back then, so you're logging into a different account entirely. Please check your email address and any other emails you might use to see if you have a Dropbox account there.
Secondly, if the email is correct, then your account could've been deactivated due to inactivity and you should've received an email advising you about this. Unfortunately, this means that the account, and all files within, would've been deleted permanently.

Hi disser90, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
When you mentioned there was activity back in 2023, was that the last time you accessed your account?
Has it been over 12 months since you last logged into your account?
This will help me to assist further!

And just to provide some additional information, you need to sign in to your account at least once every twelve months. If an account remains idle for more than a year, the account and all files in it are subject to deletion due to inactivity.
