Haven’t logged in, in a very long time and I can't find my pictures
Hello all! I haven’t logged into Dropbox in 6 years, that’s what my account said when I recently redownloaded the app. I know I used to have a bunch of pictures on here, but now I have none.
Just wondering if there is a way to recover my pictures?

Welcome to the forum, Ktgle!
Just to clarify, you signed in to your old Dropbox account, and you didn’t create a new one with your old Dropbox credentials (email address + password), right?
If that’s the case and your files had been deleted all this time ago, I’m afraid you can’t restore them, since there’s a specific recovery window for all Dropbox plans.
However, you can double check your Events page, and see if there’s something more there about your missing files.
Hope this clarifies things a bit.

It is my original account as I had to reset my password. I never deleted my pictures, which is why I am hoping I will be able to recover them.

Hey Ktgle, sorry to jump in!
If you just logged in to your account (and weren't prompted to create a new one), any files you would have in the account, would be found in your 'all files' page here.
I hope this helps!
