My account was deleted. What can I do about this?
Hello!!! I tried to log in to my Dropbox account and I couldn’t because it was deleted. I didn’t received an email that warned me of this. And I have my wedding photos there!!! I really need help. I had to create another account with a different email so I could write here, because I can’t get access to my former account. My ticket number is #24334327. Thanks!!

If it was a free account and it was left idle for more than a year, it would have been deleted due to inactivity. Unfortunately, once and account has been deleted it's not possible to recover the account or the files that it contained.

Dropbox doesn't actually give a 'deleted' message or error upon logging in if it has been.
- AleSoria2 years agoExplorer | Level 4I can’t access it. It says that my account doesn’t exist. I was logged out (I was logged in in my computer, my iPhone and my iPad) and when I tried to log in again, I couldn’t. It says the account doesn’t exist. And I am in despair because my wedding photos were there. 😭😭😭

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
