Being Billed 19.99 When I have the Basic Plan

I have been being charged 19.99 even though when I check my account plan it says it's the free basic plan. I have 2 emails and checked both, they both are the free basic plans. Why am I still being charged 19.99? There is no way to contact actual support, it just sends me back to the articles saying how to cancel.

    I have a basic service, but I’m being billed every month for it. I can’t get in touch with anyone at Dropbox. The don’t seem to have an email or phone number. It feels like they are set up this way on purpose.

    Have you tried our look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your charge(s)?
