How can I cancel and get a refund for a Dropbox plan?
I need help with canceling a subscription I was unaware I was being charged for each month. I have never used the dropbox service and would like help in the cancellation and possible refund of dropbox. I tried cancelling, but the charges kept coming out of my account, so I had to create another account to try and get help! Now I am so frustrated I don't know what to do! It is a smart business that will take your money every month and make it extremely hard for someone to get any customer support and help when they need to cancel charges. It is very bad consumer relations, however. Someone, please help!

Dropbox cannot charge you if you didnt give it your card details- or if it is, somebody has cloned your card and so you need to speak to your card company for help.
You need to log on to the account you upgraded to cancel. Use the lookup tool to work out which card it is: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge
Then log on to that account and cancel it via www.dropbox.com/account
