How can I sign up to Dropbox with a work email?

How can I sign up to Dropbox with a work email. 
I require to use Drop Box for a certain delivery however drop box will not let me sign up with the work email, it complains about the domain and says to speak to an admin however Dropbox is not used in my company so I am at a loss on what to do, I have tried the chatbot but that is not helpful for my request

    What is the exact message you're getting when attempting to sign up with a work email address?

     

    Could you attach a screenshot showing this, while hiding your email and any other personal info?
