I was charged 120 euro even though I have a Basic free account

Hello, I have an issue similar to the one described from FrozenPizza 7 months ago and titled "I was charged for a yearly subscription for Plus but it's not on my account".


I had in the past a payment account, that I closed a couple of years ago.
A month ago I activated the Basic plan for free, and suddenly yesterday I have been charged of 120 euro on the PayPal account I used in the past.
Now, even checking on my account , it is clear that I don't have any payment service active while I have been charged for the 120 euro amount.

Anyone can help?

    The payment will be from a different account then. Dropbox cannot charge you without having the information given to it to do so. 

    Log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support for help. Note that you must not be logged in to do this, so, use an incognito window
