Seagate Dropbox free trial not working.

seagate claimed that it had a 6-month free trial Dropbox, so I claimed and put my Paypal but nothing happened to my account maybe its a scam IDK I already contacted Dropbox support as I posted this

    Hello, thank you for responding quickly. It's okay now. Maybe it's because I have bad wifi speed. My bad!

    Hi s1s1g, welcome to our Community! 

     

    I believe you're talking about the six-month trial of the Dropbox Backup plan after purchasing one of Seagate's eligible external drives.

     

    Have you followed the steps mentioned at this Help Center article by any chance?
