Account suspended, after joining Business team

I'm using Dropbox for the last few years. using my other email.  last month i joined one of my client's teams. after finishing all the work. i ask my client to remove my access from her team.  Today she removed my access from her team.

now i cant log in to my personal account.  dropbox showing my account was suspended contact your administrator.

Why my account was suspended , why do I have to contact the administrator? why i cant log in to my personal account?

Because you don't have an account anymore. When you chose to join the team, you merged your account into your client's, effectively making them the owner of the account and using one of their paid licenses. When you're removed from a team, the account is deleted. To avoid that, the team admin should have converted your account back to an individual account.

You need to contact the team admin and ask them to first restore your account, and then convert it back to an individual account. Act quickly, because the team admin only has seven days to restore the account before it's gone forever. Only the team admin can do this. Even Dropbox Support can't do it.

Hey kowserjaman, sorry for jumping in here.

If you’re seeing that your Dropbox account was suspended, and not deleted, your team admin can follow these steps to unsuspend it instead, and convert it to an individual one again with the steps Rich provided above.

Just make sure they don’t choose the option to delete it completely.
