My Dropbox account was closed due to inactivity. Can I recover it?
My Business account looks like its been closed due to inactivity. Is it too late to have it re-activated and files restored. I'm not even sure when it was closed as i didn't notice receiving emails (I probably got them but didn't notice them).. I'm not sure why but for some reason i always thought files would be stored and never lost or deleted.
Please help!
Hey idcivilxcavations, I’m sorry to hear that.
After checking our system, I can see you’re already talking with our support team about this (I was able to locate your ticket and leave an internal message for you, too).
If there’s something else you may need though, I’ll be right here.
