Security Code not working

Hello,

I am trying to log into my account from new laptop. I logged in with the correct e-mail and password. However, it required security code.

I received it via e-mail, however, the app is not accepting it (pc app). I asked it to re-send the code three times. It keeps saying Invalid code.

What can I do?

    Is the clock on your computer correct? Have you updated Dropbox to a more recent version?

    Thank you for responding.

    Yes, the clock is correct and it should be the last version as I just downloaded it from the website.

    Hey NiaY23, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Can you please let us know if you've tried rebooting your computer since this happened?

     

    If you have an antivirus or firewall running on your computer, have you tried temporarily disabling them to see if that helps?
