Occasional "That didn't work for some reason" error for shared links

Occasional "That didn't work for some reason" error for shared links

So I often share files/folders with others, usually for viewing/downloading only. Occasionally, I will create a share file/folder link and that link will not be valid. I will get the "That didn't work for some reason" page. I've tried clearing my cache, deleting the link and creating a new one and browsing from an incognito window. I have Dropbox Business account and this is a problem as this is the main reason we use Dropbox. I am running Chrome on Windows 10 Pro machine. I have also tried in Microsoft Edge and get the same error.

Thanks for posting on the Community, @lcadiente!

To clarify first, does the error you mention appear right after you hit on the option to create your shared links? Or are you getting the error, when testing the shared link via another browser/incognito mode?

Do you happen to have a screenshot of the error, so that I can check it?

Finally, is this happening for specific files/folders, or does it seem to affect random ones?

Let me know, once you’ve got more info.
