How do I disable searching of file contents?

How do I disable searching of file contents?

I'm looking for a jpg file somewhere in my dropbox file tree that has the word "desk" in the filename. So I search for "desk" and I get thousands of results with every photo I've ever taken that contains a desk, and every document with the word "desk " in it. I'm completely unable to find the file I'm looking for.

How can I turn off the searching of file contents to just look for the filename? I need old-fashioned dumb search instead of the smart stuff.

Hi @Christian W.10, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Currently, there isn't a method to just search for the file name of a file.

If you have the files syncing in the Dropbox folder on your machine, you might be able to search via Explorer/Finder, or from the Dropbox desktop application.

Keep me updated with any progress!
