I can't delete my account? I went to this site...
https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/create-delete/delete-account
...but there is no delete option. I need this account closed and all the information deleted. Um, help...

I am unable to delete my Basic Dropbox which I don't need.
When I try to delete it - I get an error message saying: User Name and Password do not match.
Basic conflicts with my Dropbox Pro. which has a different email.

Are you able to access your Dropbox account without an issue? If so, could you try resetting your account's password, and then trying again?
