Compare Professional Dropbox +hello sign and professional dropbox

Compare Professional Dropbox +hello sign and professional dropbox

I am currently using Professional dropbox +hello sign which is USD 31.99 with unlimited esignatures

I saw on the website Professional dropbox (which is now called dropbox sign ) which is USD 19.99 but on this one it shown unlimited esignatures with 3 signature requests a month.

Can I change the plan to Professional dropbox sign and still access unlimited esignatures. Or does this one limit me to only 3 signatures a month?

Hi @JOnyoin, I'd be more than happy to explain!

If you change from Dropbox Professional + eSign to Dropbox Professional, you then get unlimited signing and 3 signature requests per month.

That means that you can sign as many documents that people send you, but you can only create 3 requests on your end. Essentially, with the first plan you're paying for the ability to create new documents that can be signed.

Unfortunately you can't merge the two plans and their features.

I hope this clarifies.

Thanks for your response. It is now very clear to me. I will stay with my current plan because it meets my needs. I will not change then.
