I got an email from dropbox, that my trial is ending and I can cancel me order.
And there was a link to help center, where is orders how to do canceling.
I log in my account, take "settings" and take "Plan" and according the instructions on "Plan" page is
an option where to make a canceling.
But "Plan" pages does anythin, just pointer is rolling endless. In top of the page goes info
"There was a problem completing this request" couple of seconds.
And "Billing" page does the same.
Any ideas why canceling in not possible?
Case solved. Dropbox chat helps me. Chat member saw that my account was upgraded as a trial through Google's Play store.
So my credit card detailt is now in Google, damned! It will not be possible to get it deleted from there.
And chat member canceled my trial version for free verison, so thats fine for me.
If I delete my account, problem solved? actually I dont need dropbox

Hello All.
Writing to get help over the way to unsubscribe from the free trial period.
Found instructions that take me to the section "personal account" (Settings-> Personal Account).
Then, under the tab "Plan" I am supposed to find the button "unsubscribe/end free trial" but can't find anything.
Can you kindly provide assistance?

Dear Lori,
I started my free trial subscription through the dropbox website.
Besides, on my Plan (tab of section Settings of my personal area on the site) I see "Current Plan" Dropbox Basic and, below, "Recommended to you" Dropbox Plus (30 Days Free Trial).
I will be waiting for clues.
