I had a hellosign account and paid for the discounted yearly subscription last summer then I cancelled my account. I'm now reconsidering re subscribing but I can't find any history of my account. I've used my old email and changed the password but no luck

I think I just re found access to my account by clicking an old clients signed document, so I think I'm good to go for now.

Could you clarify on how you 'cancelled your account'?
Did you cancel your payment somehow, or delete your entire account?
