Disabled/deleted account?

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to log into my client's account. After entering the login page and entering the email, after clicking continue, I am redirected to the page to create a new account. I tried to contact support 3 times, but I didn't get any email. Has anyone had a similar problem?

    Do you get any errors etc.?

     

    How long is it since they last logged in?

    no, as i say, after clicking continue, I am redirected to the page to create a new account without any error/notification

    How long is it since they last logged in?

    I don't know when was the last time someone logged into administrative account. Azure users used dropbox files constantly.

    Was this account part of a Dropbox Business team?

     

    And was it perhaps removed from the team?

     

    If you're getting prompted to create a new account when trying to sign in with that email address, it means that the account no longer exists, so the above might be the reason.
