All my passwords have disappeared except for an old one. How is it possible to restore
Hey @Trohrer, welcome to the forum.
Can you please clarify when was the last time you were able to access all of them?
Is it possible you’ve set up Dropbox Passwords with a different account as well (under another email address), and your passwords could be saved there instead?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

Are you having this issue with the Dropbox Passwords mobile app or the browser extension?
If it's the extension, can you try from a different browser as well, to see if that makes a difference?

Hi again, @Trohrer! You didn’t mention above if you happen to have a second email address.
If you do, I’d like you to follow these steps and install the Passwords web extension on one of your computer browsers (if possible), sign in with your second email address and let me know if you see your missing passwords now.
