Manage a folder for sensitive information

Can dropbox allow team members to add files but not see what other people have added? I need to get sensitive information from multiple people and want to use a shared folder but they CANNOT view what others have submitted. can this be done in DB?

if not DB, any other website or app?

If its just a case of uploading to you why not use File Requests?
