View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
Hi,
when I try to upload a document, It goes into 'in queue' and never moves. There is no error message and the document never is uploaded.
I have tried in different browsers, cleared caches.. everything i can think of.
The members associated with my dropbox through the same account are facing the same issue.
Can anyone help please?
Hey @KaceyEPA, welcome to our Community!
Just to clarify, do you try to download, or upload a file? I got confused there, because the title mentioned "download" but then you explained that you try to "upload".
Also, which platform do you use? It sounds like you're using our website, is that right?
How big is this file in the first place?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there, Kacey!

Hi Megan, I am trying to 'upload' using the website 🙂
standard pdf files about 188kb.
Hey @KaceyEPA, sorry to jump in here.
Is it possible that you have some kind of security service, like a VPN, firewall or antivirus that might be causing this issue?
Can you temporarily disable them or whitelist Dropbox on them, to see if that helps?
