Activity and Right Hand side of the page Panel is missing

My Dropbox page does not show an "Activity" option. I don't even have a right-hand panel or dropdown menu on my screen. I would like to be able to see if someone that I have provided access to has looked at a folder that I shared. I believe the activity option allows for this task.

Any suggestions on how to modify the screen?

    Are you trying to view a file or folder on your account? Is this on the Dropbox site or mobile app?
