Is it possible to change the quality of files prior to downloading?

Hello -

I am attempting to download videos but they appear to be in 4k and then lag when i play them after downloading.

Is there anyway to change the quality prior to downloading? I don't see this option but I do see the option to watch the video in a lower pixel count on dropbox.

Thanks

Hey Ashley Remon , thanks for posting here!

That isn't possible at the moment, however it sounds like a great feature request.

I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve. You can also share this as an idea on this board.

    I hope this clarifies! 🙃
