Online-only folders not showing on new Macbook Pro
I recently moved to the new macbook pro as my working laptop, however seeing our dropbox folder is larger than 1 TB I had to selective synch what files would be relevant to me. as I was doing so, I clicked OK, and got a message pop-up saying that due to an error the online-only files will not be visible in Finder. I waited a couple days to see if it would resolve itself however it hasnt yet and I am getting concerned as I need visibility of all files as was previously.
My prevous laptops; a macbook Air and lenovo neither had/have this issue.
Would really appreciate a solution.
Kind regards,
Steve

Hey steveDemo - sorry to hear about this.
What is your computer's exact OS version and the status and version of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar?
Could you please take a look at your syncing settings in the app's preferences and let me know what you find there, especially in your selective sync options?
Let me know and we'll take it from there.
