Lost access to email associated with a Dropbox account that I haven't signed in it for 6-7 years.
I wish to recover my Dropbox account that I created when I was around 13 years old. It has a number of my childhood photos and other important files uploaded to it and I would really like to get access to that account again. Unfortunately I have since changed devices and phone numbers and I don't have access to the email I used to create the account. Google can't help me recover my account because they don't have enough information to prove that it's mine, so I can't reset my password on there and thus not on Dropbox either.
I have tried all the options both Dropbox and Google have to offer me but to no avail. I haven't logged in to that account in probably 6-7 years but I would really like to get those files back, they mean a lot to me emotionally. Can someone please help me? I am willing to do anything at this point.

Dropbox deletes the data of accounts which have not been accessed in 12 months I'm afraid - this means even if you do get in to the account it will be empty. Sorry :( https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/email-about-inactive-account

Hey anyazh, thanks for posting here!
Without access to the email address, our options are limited.
I'm assuming you were using a free account back then, right?
Keep in mind that even though I'd be more than happy to look into this for you, and see if there's anything to be done, I don't think the account would still be active. Especially since you haven't logged in it for the last 6-7 years.
You can read more about this here, since accounts that remain inactive for quite some time are deleted later on.
I'm sorry for this, if you need anything else, let me know.
