My account is empty and my files are missing

When I click on the link I usually do, my Dropbox comes up empty. It seems to be asking me to start anew. None of my files are there and I have had many files over the years. I pay $100 a year for Dropbox and don't know what happened.

Hi glwaller, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Do you see any files on the events page

When was the last time you accessed the Dropbox account?

This will help me to assist further!

When I went to Events page as suggested, I was able to access my book "Where's My Breakfast?" but I have many other files that I can't find. I accessed DB four days ago because I didn't think it would work any more. I pay $100 a year for DB. I believe that I will not reenroll next year because I can't access my files, so much of my work over the past several years is now lost.
