Error message "Move desktop folder back to its default location, then try again"
I can't sync my laptop in Windows 11 because it says my documents and desktop folder are not in their original location. It won't let me start all over again or reset to original settings. When I try to sync my "video" folder though it works just fine. Dropbox seems to just not like my desktop and documents fodlers. Help ?

Hey jubobo - sorry to hear you're having issues with backing up your computer's Desktop and Documents folder.
Can you clarify the location of your Desktop and Documents folders on your computer? Are they located on your primary drive, same as your Dropbox folder or somewhere else, like another partition or an external drive perhaps?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
