How can I sync my files after downgrading my account?

I decided not to carry on using drop box and the plan is not renew. But i forgotten to sync all my files i uploaded to my own drive how can i retrieve it now as i do not want to resuscribe back again.

    Are you files still set to online-only after downgrading?

     

    If so, have you tried double-clicking them, to check if they'll get synced?

     

    Otherwise, you can always download them from our website.
