A tiny version of the Dropbox app window is covering the actual desktop app on Win11.

All of a sudden, after years of no trouble, my Dropbox running on Win11 in a Parallels VM on a Mac has become uncontrollable when I open the applet and move the mouse cursor, a little tiny version of the window overlays the main window and I can't select anything.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app - no change.  Everything works fine on the Mac side.  I can't make the little window go away.  Any ideas?
